By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms & conditions.
1. My order will probably be ordered within 4 days however, I will allow 14 working days for delivery before contacting city media. although it is likely my product will be delivered much sooner as city media try to follow a 48 hour turn around, meaning my products are shipped within 48 hours of ordering, although sometimes due to stock levels, packaging or postal strikes this could take longer.
2. City Media has the right to remove any product in its store without notice. City Media also has the right to refuse to process my order as long as they refund me and contact me within 7 days of ordering.
3. City Media reduces packaging to save me money, if i am worried that my package could get damaged etc... i will add 'additional postage' to my order by visiting the delivery page and i will include a message detailing this when at the checkout, i will be hinted with a comment box titled "Any Special Requests?". Likewise if i want my order super fast, i will follow the same procedure. an example of this would be ordering thursday evening or friday morning and receiving my order on the saturday morning in time for the match.
4. I accept that not all merchandise on this website is Official Club Merchandise, & i cannot get a refund when quoting this reason, even if the product is untouched and as i received it.
5. City Media - Watch & Learn is the Trading name for Thomas Mackey, trading only online at www.CityMediauk.com. Thomas Mackey is not employed by Manchester City Football Club.
6. I am aware that www.CityMediauk.com is 100% unofficial and not legally connected to Manchester City Football Club, although MCFC is aware of the site, they do not own it.
